10/27/2015 • The Millers defeat top-seeded Minnetonka to move on the semi-finals of the Class AA state tournament. A goal by Mitch Taylor and a pair by Luke Peterson put the Millers up 3-1 by the 56th minute, but the Skippers fought back with two quick goals in less than a minute to tie up the match 3-3 with eleven minutes left. It ended in a draw after regulation, but Sam Abrams knocked in the golden goal with two minutes left in the first overtime to send the Millers on to the state tournament for the first time since 1989.
